We passed so many mornings and afternoons together looking for the right match spanning Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, and Mountain House. At the beginning we were outbid on several occasions in this sellers’ market. However, Channing kept our moral high and kept showing us houses, explaining pros and cons of each of them. Her expertise about the local market boosted our confidence at times when we thought of giving up.
