A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Channing Azzolino has lived in Danville, California, for more than 25 years. She’s always been drawn to real estate because she grew up with it. Her mother was a broker and would often take Channing along to look at houses. She recalls, “The excitement of not knowing what was behind the door every time kept me wanting more!”

Even after graduating from UCLA and pursuing a career in health care, Channing’s entrepreneurial energy brought her back to real estate. Evidently, real estate has always been her passion and in her DNA. She is detail oriented, a persuasive negotiator, and driven to make the world better. “My core values at home and work are the same,” she says, “my expectations are high, and I never compromise my standards.”

Channing immediately found success as a real estate professional, earning awards in her first year and steadily growing a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, and investors. In the process, she has earned five-star ratings across the board. Channing also receives high praise through testimonials from clients, citing her competence, professionalism, good humor, deal-making savvy, and knack for engineering innovative off-market deals. In her spare time, Channing likes working out, hiking, golfing, playing pickleball, and coaching her kids’ soccer team. Time at home is precious, and she loves being in her own kitchen cooking dinner for her family.
